The Legacy of Life Society honors individuals who have made a lasting commitment to defend life by including Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America or Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund in their estate plans. Members of this special group are united by a shared belief: that the right to life is the most fundamental human right, and that our work must endure far beyond today.

How does it work?
Their Future, Your Legacy. Planned Gifts serve as the bedrock of future pro-life victories. These gifts cost you nothing now, allowing you the freedom to choose what options are best for you and your loved ones today while establishing your lasting legacy as a pro-life champion.
A Gift in Your Will or Living Trust
You can use your will or living trust to support SBA and a pro-life future by bequest in the following ways:
- You may leave a specific amount of money or designated property to SBA Pro-Life America.
- You may leave a specified percentage of your estate to SBA Pro-Life America.
- You may designate that the remainder (residuary) of your estate go to SBA Pro-Life America after all of your specific bequests are fulfilled to family and loved ones.
Sample Bequest Language for Your Will:
I give, devise and bequeath the sum of $_______ (or _____% of my estate; or ______% of my residuary estate) to Susan B. Anthony List, Inc. (dba Susan B. Charitable Gift Annuities are gifts that give back. When you use cash or stock to establish a charitable gift annuity through one of our strategic partners, you’ll receive secure, fixed payments for life for you and/or someone you choose. After your lifetime(s), the remaining balance will support Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America Education Fund, Charlotte Lozier Institute, or Her PLAN.
